Please choose your items carefully because at this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the mistake.

General 

All of our products are handmade with care, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in size, colour, or finish are part of what makes each item unique—and a reflection of the human touch behind every creation.

Final design choices and colours and flower options are left to our discretion to ensure a beautifully balanced result. If you have any specific requests please reach out, we’re happy to accommodate where possible.

Photo products:  While we will do our best to reproduce the photo as closely as possible please remember it will be the artists impression of the photo and colour choices. Slight variations in size, color, or finish are part of what makes each item unique—and a reflection of the human touch behind every creation.

Timber products: As with all natural timbers, there are knots and colour variances as per the natural grain. This is not considered a flaw and adds to the character and charm of the piece. Yellow spots and blue/purple veins are a natural occurrence to the material of our products

By placing your order, you understand that colors and wood grain vary from monitor/screen to in-person. You acknowledge and agree that handmade products may differ ever so slightly from the photos on the website.
