Can I personalize my keepsake?


Yes! Most of our items are customizable. You'll see personalization options on each product page, including text, names, dates, colors, or photos (where applicable).

Do you do custom orders?

Can I cancel or change my order?

At present, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. In saying that if you make an error with your order please send an email tohello@sonnyandrein.comand we will be happy to work with you to make changes.

What if I made a mistake in my personalization details?


If you notice an error after ordering, contact us within 12 hours. We’ll do our best to make the correction before production starts.
