All products are individually handmade.
Due to the handmade process, slight variations and imperfections may occur — this is part of what makes each item unique.
No two pieces will ever be exactly alike.

Our products are decorative keepsakes only and are not toys.
They are not designed or intended for use by children.
Please keep all products out of reach of children and handle them with care.

Each order is made to order.
Standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered for change of mind.
Variations, small imperfections, or differences between items are part of the handmade process and will not be considered faults.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed once the item is returned in its original condition.

Sonny & Rein accepts no responsibility for misuse of products, including giving them to children or using them outside of their intended purpose.
